Service Description

The Honest Afterglow brings safety and security in a support group for parents while postpartum. This support group will provide community, reflection of parental experiences, an understanding of perinatal moods disorders, and different tools of mindfulness. The curriculum is written by Ashley Hannah Morgan, LCSW, “The Afterglow: A Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorder Support Group Curriculum”.
