Jade Ross
I’m Jade Ross. I’m a Northern Colorado native and outdoor enthusiast. As a woman, wife, mother, graduate student, and chaos coordinator in a beautiful, blended family of six, I understand the pressure to “have it all together” in multiple roles and the courage it takes to claim your own space. I’m authentic and real, meaning I am passionate about stripping away the external expectations and getting in with you in the trenches of life.
I have my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Columbia College and am working toward my license as a Professional Counselor with a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University. I take a client-centered stance to counseling that is rooted in empathy, honesty, and authenticity.
My framework combines the deep questions of existential theory with the practical, choice-driven focus of reality therapy. I’ll use a variety of modalities fitted to the goals you set. Mostly, I want to empower you to make choices that align with the life and meaning you know is true for you. If you are looking to stop preforming and start living genuinely, I’m ready to walk that path alongside you.
