Hannah Hess MSW, LSW

Hi, I’m Hannah Hess.

I’m a Colorado native—raised in Loveland and now raising my two daughters alongside my husband in Fort Collins. I feel incredibly fortunate to call Northern Colorado home.

I hold a Bachelor's of Arts in Social Work, a Master's of Social Work, and an Early Childhood Mental Health Certificate. I’m a licensed master social worker LSW(0009921863). For nearly 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside young children and their families during life’s most tender and challenging moments. Whether in early intervention programs, community settings, or family homes, my work has centered on strengthening relationships, healing trauma, and empowering others on their path of growth and self-discovery.

I specialize in supporting infants, toddlers, young children, and their caregivers through early intervention, parent–child psychotherapy, and strengths-based, solution-focused
therapy. Drawing from attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and developmentally sensitive approaches, I tailor each session to the unique needs and goals of the families I serve.

Above all, I’m committed to co-creating a calm, safe space where both children and adults can feel truly seen, regulated, and resourced—able to experience big feelings without becoming overwhelmed. That shared sense of safety and presence becomes the foundation for lasting resilience, inner peace, and deeper connection.
