My name is Niki Froman. I am from Fort Collins, CO and am proud to be raising my 3 amazing children with my partner in this community.

My belief embodies the strength of relationships and empowering self advocacy. I specialize in working with families, women and children experiencing life transitions.  There can be several different types of transitions, but no matter the situation, these can bring adversity, challenges and unexpected trauma. By identifying strengths and resiliency in each family foundation or individual, these can provide the structure to help healing begin. It has always been my goal to have a positive impact on our community.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (License #09926788). My educational background includes both my Bachelors of Social Work Degree and Masters of Social Work Degree from Colorado State University. I have additional experience and training in crisis intervention, trauma informed practices, birth trauma, NICU trauma, child loss, parent/child interactions, pregnancy and postpartum.

I spent 15 years working with clients in a hospital setting, and the last 5 years in private practice. During my time in the hospital I specialized in the Birthing Center, Postpartum Unit and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. I also play a role on the Crisis Support Team and at Outpatient Child Therapy Services for the Cleft Lip/Palate Clinic. I have a passion for the journey of parental life transitions and supporting individuals through their experiences.

My name is Rivian Rodriguez, and I am originally from the Texas panhandle. After several years of working in healthcare, I gained a curiosity about the human mind and its capacity for resilience and growth.

My approach to therapy is holistic and focuses on the interconnectedness of mind and body. I believe that true healing involves understanding and addressing all aspects of a person's well-being. I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where clients feel heard and understood and can accept their thoughts and feelings while committing to actions that align with their values. I am committed to integrating evidence-based practices with a compassionate and individualized approach to therapy.

My goal is to support clients in achieving a balanced and fulfilling life, helping them navigate challenges and providing them with the tools they need to become their own agents of change.

My name is Taylor Bittner, and I am from Loveland, CO. My time at CSU brought me to Fort Collins, and I am happy to live in such a vibrant town with my husband and our dog.

I view therapy as a collaborative effort to build a relationship with a foundation of trust, safety, and empowerment. I hold the belief that only when we feel safe can we begin to heal. Therefore, as we work together, I will ensure a space that is secure and nonjudgmental, allowing you to lead the way as needed. We will develop a personalized treatment plan utilizing a toolbox of different counseling models, including person-centered therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
(ACT), mindfulness, and more.

My goal is to empower my clients to feel a sense of safety and resilience that overflows from the therapeutic relationship to other aspects of life. I have a sustained desire to help others, and because of this passion I have a background in several different roles which have prepared me for our work together. I have spent time working with adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities as well as working with the families
of children with developmental delays as an Early Intervention Service Coordinator.
