Therapist

Brianna Mai, LMFT

My name is Brianna Mai. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (license # MFT.0003008), and I work with individuals and families as they move through life’s transitions, including pregnancy, postpartum, grief, trauma, identity shifts, and the many changes that come with becoming a parent. I am especially passionate about supporting pregnant and postpartum mothers through seasons that are both deeply meaningful and profoundly challenging.

I believe healing happens through connection with ourselves, with others, and with the world around us. It does not need to be rushed or intense to be meaningful. Often, healing begins when we are given the space to slow down, take a steady breath, and shed light on and give a voice to all that we have been carrying.

It is a privilege to walk alongside clients as they reconnect with their bodies and emotions and find or create steadiness within themselves and their relationships. Therapy can be a place to linger in the in between moments, where old patterns soften and who you are becoming begins to take shape.

My approach is relational, attachment focused, trauma informed, and collaborative. I draw from attachment based models, cognitive behavioral approaches, somatic practices, and client centered care. Above all, I bring warmth, presence, and genuine care into each session. I am always honored to support clients as they find their footing and move toward greater clarity, balance, and self compassion.
